I understand there’s currently a shortage of licenses immediately available for purchase due to the Speed Editor bundle, but call your vendor and ask if they’ve got the license without the speed editor available for purchase if you need it that badly. So it’s the manufacturer’s problem your competitor either previously purchased or illegally cracked the latest beta version of the software? Also, how do you even know they cracked Resolve or are running a beta? This is on Black Magic Design for making software that can be downloaded and then upgraded through a crack, and a retail system that punishes the end user for wanting to do it right. I've never used Resolve before - this is all a first impression after trying to get certain features only available in the Studio version of this software. There is no logical way to turn this around and say it's my fault somehow. And then people here - seriously? I'm a new customer to BMD Resolve, wanting to buy the full and legal version of their software, and I can't do what my competitor is capable of doing because they were able to find a workaround that I shouldn't have to.
